Colenso Parade
The Colenso Parade boys met in a timid little school in timid little Omagh many years ago. They had an instant rapport and a mutual love for the almighty note, so they took it upon themselves to mould their love of indie/punk and, playing their respective instruments, form the cataclysmic delight that is Colenso Parade. Fergal and Mickey formed the backbone of the song creation within the band while Phily and Melly kept beats pumping behind their creative musings. This led up to the release of their first, self recorded 7 track EP. This release was received with great acclaim from Alternative Ulster, HotPress and NME as many of whom championed it. But it is on the stage where Colenso Parade revel, just ask their bulging fan-base. 2008 looks like a bridge year!

Reviews
Despite being young, these four lads from Omagh are quickly earning a reputation for great song writing and packed-out live shows. With a touch of Arctic Monkeys about 'em, they're definitely ones to watch this year.
-NME
It's the build up and release of chorus that bang on your ear drums like aboriginal elders; constant, memorable and effective. Colenso have a couple of songs which could break the top 10 if a record label recognises their potential.
